ok so im new to this site and just have a couple quick questions

1.) Whenever i am done driving and park my jeep i hear a gurggling/bubbling noise coming from the gas tank, any idea what this is?

2.) Sometimes when going in reverse or turning i hear a quick knock noise from the rear, it doesnt do it repeatedly just one knock then stops, i hear it most when the vehicle is cold. What could this be?

3.) My power window switches only work on the driver door, all the other ones dont work but sometimes will work if i push the window lock down really hard and let it bak up. what could this be?

any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

1 and 2 could be thin gear oil? 2 sounds more like slop though, I'd disconnect the shaft and check the u-joints, pinion and yoke for excess play.

3 is a short. The lockout wire is shorted. Search been covered a zillion times

its a 98 Cherokee 3.5'' rubicon express super flex lift kit, 31 mickey thompson bajas, gears and everything in the drive train is stock

The noise from the tank is pressure equalization. Might be normal, or your cap needs replacement and/or EVAP system needs service.

My 98 XJ has gurgled from the gas filler tube since I bought it over a year ago. I notice the gurgling seems more pronounced after a fill-up....which makes sense. It's never given me a problem and I hear it's a common issue so I've just learned to live with it. Now when I fill up I worry if I DON'T hear the gurgle.
