Need help with lower ball joint, portland, OR

So I need to get a lower ball joint replaced (along with an axle seal) however I live in an apt. so I can't really work on my jeep. Is anyone around the portland area that would be willing to help me replace these, I'd be more than will to provide the drinks.

I need to get this done ASAP.
