I installed a 3.5 in rc lift kit, new sway bar business, links, tie rod, tie rod ends adjustable track bar, lower and upper control arms, a 1 in TC drop, and ball joints. I'm now having a poping noise when going forward or reverse every 10 to 20 feet, seems to get worse as faster you move but u didn't take it faster than 10mph. Its a daily so need it back asap.

I would suggest drive-line u-joint issues related to the recent lift kit install.

At 3.5" of lift, a transfer case drop is not the best solution to correct the drive line angles the lift creates. You should be looking at a Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) install.

Put it on jackstands, spin the tires by hand, listen for the noise and try to track it down that way?

Ten feet is close to the tire circumference- something hitting every rotation?

Edit- 8’ for stockish tires but whatever

What year XJ. So, Hi pinion or low pinion? Maybe take out the front driveshaft. See if the popping goes away. The SYE or Hack-N-Tap is also recommended. I'd calculate the cost between a HnT vs true SYE. Btw, I have a HnT on my XJs.
