Need a place in Chattanooga to swap bumpers

I worked out a deal with a guy on NAGCA to swap his stock bumpers for mine. He is in Franklin TN and I am in Acworth GA. Chattanooga is about mid way for us both. Does anyone have a place we can swap them over?

We are planning to do this on the 30th of December. Please let me know if we can borrow your driveway to make this happen. Worse comes to worse we will do it in a Home Depot parking lot.
