Anyone have any good ideas or tips. Im pretty sure I applied everywhere I can in roseville, rocklin area. I need to start building my jeep again lol oh wait I mean pay bills Haha but yea I'm 20 will be 21 in august. Have done construction, fabrication and sales. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and available for part or full time

Been there. Hell, was there on Friday.
Print 3 types of resumes & 20 copies of each. Sales, fab & construction. Add "mechanic" in there, too, ASE certified or not.
Walk down the block and don't go home with resumes in your messenger bag.
This strategy got me a new job in 2 business days.
Also: throw an add on craigslist. You have skills: use them for something. Be up front if you don't have the equipment / experience that some others might -- so charge less & do the jobs you are able. You'd be shocked what people with no skills at all will pay for auto mechanical work (and they are still saving a ton of money)
Above all - don't get discouraged. Hand out resumes to everyone who will take them and you'll find a job. Only a matter of time.

hell yeah man wheelin on unemployment sucks!! i start my hunt next week, good luck to you!! there are jobs out there, just don't get stuck applying online..walk ins are much more personal and if you make that first good impression its usually a done deal.

Hey man, I just saw this post while zipping down to the AZ section. I was in your shoes with what you described right there and same with trying to find a job back home. I can give you a link that will get you a job, granted your background is clean. It takes some serious sacrifices but the money is worth it at our age and hell, in all reality, its a vacation, you get paid to travel and see the country..... I have been here 11 months now, all the local companys want 1 year OTR experiance. I already have a couple companys that want to sit me down next month, as soon as that 1 year is in...

there was a thread on pirate in the rubicon trail section about the county hiring several peeps to work on the rubicon for 4 days a week/10 hour days/$15 an hour/campsite included during week.
