Northwest Fest
Discussion focused around not enough volunteers from Oregon. Some assistance is needed as we don't know the area and need scouts to find camping space and costs for AT LEAST 25 vehicles (including a few Motor Homes).
Neither of us knows the trails so some experienced Trail Leads are needed.
Still no final amount for the Event Fee - more cost information needed.
Going to have to figure out the logistics of the OHV passes, too. It will be an absolute requirement for this event. Zero exceptions.
Fundraisers
Discussion of holding a Raffle (or two) during the year to keep prudent reserves at a comfortable level for the club.
Current funds to be used for purchase of T-shirts and various "for Sale" NWC Gear. Discussion of NWC Mouse Pads (?) only if interest is shown. Mark is currently in discussion with Vendor to drive costs down. A small portion of T-shirt sales will contribute back to treasury.
Survivor Skills clinic
Phil and GIJohn have been in discussion of this. More information needs to be collected by Phil and John before any formal plans are made.

NWFest is in August. Need a few weeks prior of downtime to fix our junk.
