Well crap! I just realized that these are for the 97-01, mine is a 96. I don't think they will will work but someone chime in if they will.

The fender flares for the 97-01 4 Door XJ aren't quite the same as the fender flares for the 84-96.
We sell fender flares for both body styles on our website.

I can also attest to the strength of the flares. My fronts have outlived a set of fenders from leaning against trees and rocks.
Unfortunatley I cant seem to find any pics with the rears on, they got taken off when I trimmed up higher, and the fronts will be coming off soon to make way for tube
IS that pic with you on 32s? If so, damn they look bigger than my 33s
