With a 2 month old, no jeep, and little vacation time left, I won't be able to make it.

Rich we will be arriving Tuesday morning. We ended planning some adventures to keep us busy until everyone else arrives. We will be hitting Hershey Park during the day on Wednesday. We were gonna come up Monday but I tried to book the extra day too late and our cabin was already booked out.
