My New Car!!!

What about a Subaru Legacy, Honda Civic or Mitsubishi Eclipse? All are built in America.... :dunno:

Thanks for playing, take your bigotry elsewhere.

Oh yeah and I forgot those cars are owned by American companys and made with american parts. OH wait they aren't??? You mean they ship those parts over here and put them together to save money on tarrift tax. Since it is higher on full car then it is on parts. Wow you really proved a point. They build them here cause it cheaper. That is reason not cause they like us and want to give us jobs. Bigotry is against a person or people. I have no prob with Asian people. I just don't care for there cars. Nice try though.

What a waste of a bad ass car

I dont know. Just stop polluting this thread with crap ass pictures.

When I see the old MKII Supra's I think Import Muscle. Only reason I like the import "cars" is because they have lines and looks(well most of them). Rice is the lamest term ever brought into existence. My turn of rice is:
riceticket2.jpg

Ive owned all Toyota since Ive started driving. Excluding the Jeep because Ive always had a Jeep fetish and finally found a Straight Six for under $1500. But Ive owned a 1986 Toyota Cressida(Straight 6(what Im trading for the Supra), a 1982 Toyota Heliux(4 Banger(Pickup) sold it for $2000 bought it for $100, a 1989 Toyota Cressida GLXi with a 2JZ-GTE swap(Straight Six(currently keep it far away from me because straight six power was to much to handle), and now a 1984 Toyota Celica-Supra P-Type(Straight Six). Appears I have a bit of a Straight Six fetish aswell. Just need a Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins and the fetish will be complete.

Plans are simple. Bring it back to showroom quality. Do a stroker to it which will make it a 6M-GE w/ W-58 5-Speed, NO BODY KIT!!!, and 2" drop springs. Nothing fancy, nothing ricey, I just want it to cruise around in on the weekends and wash every weekend. Its a dream car, and I want it to look like it came out of my dreams, just need to find 4 hot chicks to sit in the seats and itll be wet dreamy.

It is cool dude I was just giving ya hard time. It looks like a nice car. I just like the sound and feel of a V8. That is why my XJ is getting V8 in the near future. Good luck with your resto.

Umm have you ever owned an LS1? That engine in a light weight car like the RX7 kicks ass. I personally have an LS1 in my 00 Trans am and I build the LS based engines for a living.

wait, let me guess what he'll come back and say, something about "OMG YOU DESTROYED THE BALANCE AND HANDLING OF THE CAR !!!!1111111"
that's the usual bitch.

Most people don't know the ALUMINUM LS1 is within 100lbs of the CAST IRON 13BT.
Here's an LS1 FD on the scales. OMG look at the ratio, it's so ruined

another guy's car, same story. OMG LOOK the rotary puts MORE weight over the front axle!!11

Total Front: 1379 ------- 1436

Left Rear: 705 ------- 660
Right Rear: 645 ------- 618
Total Rear: 1350 ------- 1278
TOTAL: 2729 ------- 2714
% over Front: .505 ------- .53

Thank you. Not to mention the TQ that the LS1 makes over a 13b. Makes me want to go out and drive my Trans am right now.

ugh, don't tell me you're a rotard?

Now thats funny.

I like it. Anyone can go down to checker get some graphic kits spinners and a pipe and call it a import muscel car but what phili is doing is cool in my book.

Even if he gets all butt hurt that I keep calling it the D word. hahaha

Sorry, but rice is not simply an import. That term came about when everyone and their brother started buying parts off ebay and riveting them to their Honda Civics. The stupid big body kit that is straight primer, coffee can exhaust, LED spray nozzles, "carbon fiber" accents everywhere.

Their are plenty of Hondas, Mazdas, whatever that are very nice clean cars. And to call them rice is simply ignorant.

Gotta agree with DJ... I've seen plenty of Jeeps that look like they drove through Pep Boys with a crap magnet on, and make me wish I had a honda (or at least glad I don't own such a defiled vehicle, regardless of mfg).:guitar:

Ohh that sucks the ricecop ticket didnt show up on post 26.

I was never a V8 fan. I love the straight six to death. I really dont care for the 4 bangers, but thats what fit in the pickup. Im really interested in the new Corolla XRS if they kept the 6 speed in it and ti wasnt a 4 banger. But for 160 someodd HP when it had the six speed and redline at 8,3000 it seemed fast.

I’m in the hunt for a gas milage car my self. Here in a few months. I really like those Mazda3 and 6. but it's going to left stock no wings or stickers or well maybe some rimz but that will be it.
