as some of you may know ive been trying to build a buggy for years now.
thought id post some of the shots.
an ex-naxja member who did fabwork on the side did some work on the rig, and well i am now finding out its all crap. the whole front suspension needs to be redone. ill be done someday i hope.
i started with this thing i bought this for $1500.
then i ben jones'd it.
so then i parted it out and took a ton of parts and made this happen.
hooking up the tcase i found this out today.....
....sigh. you really do get what you pay for with fab guys.
I guess i can list some specs so you guys have an idea how much $$$$ is in this mofow:
an 89 carcass
a 93 carcass
remnants of a 1996 4 door with fresh top end rebuild plated and sleeved everything
a buncha money down the drain in work that didnt happen, or didnt work
Ford high pinion d60
14 bolt
5.38 gears
detroits
CTM 300M shafts, ujoints, drive slugs and hubs
POS Full hydro steering
42" Iroks
17" Custom Trailready Forged beadlocks
5.0 atlas
heated PRP buckets n a bench
simpson full race cam lock harnesses
superwinch rock 9.5
3 link front with panhard, creepar 3" joints on all ends
walker evans external adjustable 2.5 coilovers
theres more little stuff but im tired of writing.
