More pie cut exhaust.
Dumped this one again im growing to realy disslike visable tail pipes.
50 serious flowmaster is classy sounding on the 5.4 though im sure sounds like shit on the 4.0s like all mufflers do.
I just hung from factory hangers on this one.
Ive got a jig set up to bend 90s in 1/2" rod in my bench. then cut to length hang hanger, tack to pipe then heat to red hot and tap around exhaust pipe.
One band clamp at the front of the muffer all the rest is welded
So i go through a few corderd grinders a year. Been d9wn a corderd unit for a couple weeks.
Decided to try the baddass baddis ass grinder has 13amps etc.
Cost 69 bucks that includes 20 bucks for replacement plan it will quit inside the year.
So far feels good bearings feel smooth and cuts well.
Grinders like this normally are 150-180 and dont last to long.
So i tend to get stuck in my street rigs mostly going riding or just flat over confident.
This truck will stay street ready but be full of tools and recovery gear.
Grafting a 12k on the original owners diy bumper. I like winches mounted high. The winch plate is badlands cut down inside the bumper itl be tied to the bumper mounting points.
Still fabbing this in my head its not quite ready for final cuts and welds.
Will probly also cut plate to fill those cheesy square light holes.
Yuk.
This things all over the place with whatever limited slips in the rear end. My jeep spool is predictable this is a fun gamble.
Put in 4wd to drive a straight line.
Started beefing up inside bumper then grafting harbor freight plate on.
