actually, when it comes to Mods... we got it pretty easy. there's really not a whole lot you CAN'T do to a jeep... that is coming from a CHP Leiutennant Commander friend of mine.

Maybe I just need to count my blessings!

I think so.....

amazing fab skills... really love it...

i also noticed that you blurred the license plate in the last few images... although your previous ones were clear

The modifications could not be approved in the state he was living in, he was given a certain amount of time to change it (long arms were in etc so basically it had to go back to stock) and since he was moving he just got it inspected by an engineer and registered in the state he was about to move to. Here the modification laws are very strict and in this case a do gooder thought it was his civil duty to report the Jeep as unsafe to the state authorities. Cheers

Will here in the State of Texas,. USA we can get away with just about anything as long as the head lights are not over 3 feet above the road surfaces.
Some poeple have even moved there lights on top of the front axle. Sooner or latter this will change thanks to the anti-suv people :(

Here's a recent(ish) image of it , 4 years on almost and carrying a 35 now. No changes despite thousands of Km off road and a big trip to Cape York (Google it) and massive corrugations.

Cheers

Glad to see it out and about still.

Any chance I could get pictures of the mounts you built to replace the nutstrips?
