Hate to say it, but I think you need to swap the trans.
I say pull it, get the Converter checked and if the converter is good, use it on your new trans.Without a power flush there is no way to get all the moisture out of the trans, converter, and lines. You also have the possibility of having messed up the solenoids in the trans. It is probably salvageable but you are going to have to pull it anyway and check the converter I think.
How's the fluid in the new trans
new transmission it is. just need a day to swap it in. probably next sunday. i start a new job tomorrow at big brand and we are closed sundays so that will be nice. i would however like to get a new torque converter but that may not be in the finances. so ill probably just use the one that came with the transmission i got
Didn't realize the one from Nick had a TC. Just swap it all.
Yeah I kinda wanna drain it out though. Any ways to drain it completely?
Drain the trans or the TC? Not sure on the TC. As far as the trans, you should be able to get an air nozzle and spray through one of the cooler line holes.

is this a build thread or a spoon feed? Search dude, flushing the tranny is super easy.
I put my aw4's through some serious shiiiiat and a lot of flushing kept em alive for way longer that they should.
