MUST SELL 1990 jeep 4x4 wangler. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Selling 1990 2.5 (four cylinders), 5 speed manual transmission, 4x4, Jeep Wrangler. I believe that it has a 2 inch lift as it is setting on new BF Goodrich Mud Terrains T/A 32x11.50x15 and Inky wheels. Smittybilt front, back bumpers as well nerf bars. Motor is strong, recent replaced the fuel pump. Body is straight no major damage little surface rust. Need rent money! Asking $2,500 obo.
This is the story, I did some work for this lady in trade for this wrangler I was told that the title was clean as she bought it from her ex-daughter in-law. Well the money that was given to the ex to pay for the jeep was never given to the title company ($1,500). I have a bill of sale from both! I had this thing towed from Orange County to Frazier Park where it has been in my garage for about a year. I have got it running sounds really good. Jay (661)547-8657.

I'm not going to bash your price, because I'm not interested either way, but does the $1500 still have to go to the title company?

Is the title company like a bank? Was it a loan that hasn't been paid for a year?

Or did someone just not submit the change of ownership to DMV?

Yeah i got screwed on this deal, i tried helping out this widow, i did some work on her house in exchange for this YJ. she told me that all the paper work was good.... did the work got the jeep went to DMV and then the story changed. I do have a "bill of sale" if it's worth anything..... I don't know what to do. need this thing gone........
