Hello, my name is Matt. I am currently living in CA and post on the sierra Chapter forum, and was thinking I might want to see If any of you would know of any possible openings in the Denver-Westminster-Boulder area (basically between Denver and boulder).

I'm planning on moving this summer after finishing up school. I'm getting an AS and two AA's in various aspects of Engineering.

Basically I'm a drafter looking for positions Ideally in GIS (Geographic Information Systems). I have experience working in Civil Firms, Manufacturing (Cabinets and Truss systems), and am currently working for a Landscape Architect. I have a lot of building and construction knowledge and experience to add to the list.

Just putting this out there. Not really expecting a job out of this just some ideas of not so obvious places to look.

Thanks in Advance

I don't know anything about the company directly, used to live close and always thought it would be great to work for a company doing GIS. I am a Unix admin and they use Linux so it was a cool company to think about....

I just heard yesterday on 630KHOW that according to U-haul, Colorado is the #1 state that most people are moving to now.

I guess we need a border fence too... :D

1000 bucks to rent a truck to Colorado probably 500-600 to California. Im thinking I may just buy a trailer then sell it when I get there.

Wow It took me awhile but I made it. Rolled in to town 3 month's ago with My XJ on a trailer for the first time. (no trailer queen for me)

My daughter rented a trailer from Denver to NV. Later whe wanted to rent one comming back this way. It was twice as expensive.
