Mountain Biking anyone?

just got back from Fort Duffield it was a ton of fun. it rained on us after about 40 minutes, made the trails very slick. We did find a very cool creek run with huge drop offs, slick rock and water. We decided we are going to clean up that trail next time we are out there and mess around on the creek bed trail (for those of you looking for that trail it is off the blue trail on the back side). But it got very very slick with the pooring rain. I hit a tree on the second to last jump of the day, and a buddy rolled in some grass after hitting a pretty good sized jump

I ride a Specialized FSR Enduro Expert...love it. It was an upgrade from a Giant Warp DS2 which my wifey now uses. Anywho, you talked about adding parts to your DS2, is it really worth doing that instead of buying another bike on ebay that is already built? As for trails, although I haven't gotten out of suburbia lately (lame) I used to ride Nebo, Hickory Ridge, and other Hoosier National trails that I can't remember the names of. I've been to WV to ride and done a little in the STL area. Chubb trail is a good one if you ever get out that way.

im not sure, i like my bike. the only money i really have into it is the front fork and brakes. other than that i dont have any money into it. for right now it does the job. but its not a bad idea to look for a decent used bike
