May 2011 Membership Report
12 new Members joined: 8 were for one year, and 4 were for two years.
21 Members renewed: 13 were for one year, and 8 were for two years.
37 Members expired in May, and have not yet renewed.
46 Members are expiring in June, 44 in July, and 47 in August.
There are 1138 Members shown on the 6-1-2011 roster. This includes 168 expired from March - May 2011, so there are 970 “current” Members. This is a loss of 17 from last month.

- Membership Growth and Enhancement Program(MGE) - The future of the MGE program is uncertain. At this time it was decided to issue unused sponsorship program gift certificates to individual chapters to distribute them as they see fit.
- Motorized Recreational Vehicle Council Meeting - The President is planning to attend the annual Fall meeting in Las Vegas and has asked to be reimbursed for travel expenses only.
- Membership Vehicle Requirements - Continued discussions regarding removing XJ ownership clause from by-laws.
- Giveaway Jeep - Preliminary discussions regarding funding for the 30th anniversary giveaway Jeep.
