Most Used Tools Kit (Including Sizes) To Take On The Trail

I am currently building an expedition rig. I have a typical set of assorted sockets, pliers, and screw drivers, etc. I was wondering if any one had a list of most commonly used tools and sizes that I should put into a small tool kit to bring along with me on the trail. Keep in mind, weight and size is always an issues. I figured stuff like fixing minor electrical problems, some driveline issues, minor engine issues, and so on. This wouldn’t include any spare parts, just the tools to change them. Let me know what you guys, specifically those of you in the Adventure Forum think about this. Thanks.
