Mopar stroker and aluminum Hemi's

The latest one that I have ready to build uses the 4.0 rod and has a comp ratio of 8.9:1 at zero deck height, with the stock head gasket.. I had CP make the pistons for this one since JE could not get it right after 3 tries on the last motor..

Daym you! I got liek 10 pictures of that thing too! lol

SEMA was AWESOME! those are also Moars new bumpers they are offering.

They should offer a kit of supporting parts to go with the stroker such as injectors, re calibrated computer, throttle body, header, and fuel pressure regulator. Am I forgetting anything?

The white shirt guy frow mopar performance and Jeep division Swore that you only need the long block and ALL supporting items were to stay stock. He said they did extensive testing at Moab with that XJ and over a yr of testing and also over view of what all ATK is suppling in the long block to ensure a long block Only swap.

Do I believe that. i dont know...

I'm not from Missouri but they're gonna have to show me. The stock parts were not designed to support an extra 7/10 liter of displacement. A good computer calibration should allow you to run pump gas without detonation. Did anyone say what price to expect? I'm guessing at least $2500, probably closer to $5K.
