I have a brand new mopar tire carrier that mounts to the factory roof rack and locks in there tight. It is rated for a 33 inch tire and the regular rails dont need to be removed, only slid forward or backwards. I paid 175 for it but will take $100, or a good set of tow hooks and some cash.
