K, I pulled the injectors out n fuel rail... hot dam that was dirty! anyway i can clean the manifold holes w/o knockin the crap inside the engine? I'm sitting down for some breakfast then gonna mess with the fuse links... Langer, what page was the fuse link thing... I dont have a pg97, thats my notes page
I was just guessing on the page number. It is the last page before the note's

lmao, good guess man. hahaha, anyway the injectors were pretty dirty n the manifold area where they sit is dirty too. i tugged on the fuse links n none stretch... maybe a good idea to replace em anyway cause of the situation... my one day off n i'm juggling laundry, the jeep, n some rest time. but all i can think ab is work! WTF??!!

i would stick a needle in past the end of the fuse link and then tuch the other end to the connector... multi meter them and there should be continuity

Make sure you disconnect the battery first.
Never do a OHMS or Continuity check with the battery connected.

One suggestion Moose, while you have the injectors out of the bores, run a 12 gauge brass shotgun brush, lubed with WD40/ PB blaster and driven by a drill at meduim speed to clean the injector bores.
That will clean out the carbon and other crap that builds up in there. Just run the drill up-and-down the way that you would hone a cylinder.

awesome, i was wondering how to do it. would it not hurt the engine w all that crap fallin ontop the piston??!! or will it burn up when, if, it finally starts up...

The times that I have done this, it has no effect on the startup. Makes the injectors seal better, plus it makes putting new injectors/seals in.
Make sure that you use a brass brush, as steel can scarr the injector bores.
