Why do you want to drop a t-case on an MJ? I ran about 5-6" lift on my longbed no problem, I think Brett has about 7" on his shortbed no problem.

There are plusses and minuses to everything of course. Dragging that loooong rear driveshaft over rocks/logs is a definite drawback. Someday I'll aleviate the problem a bit with a highpinion 3rd member. Armoring the underside becomes a bit more of a concern (with the worse breakover angle and all), but exactly how important it is depends entirely on the kind of wheelin' the truck sees.
