This is the base, plus it comes with a Wix filter. It looks like they've lowered the price, so I'll let both go for $25.

The steering wheel or the buttons? I have the buttons, but I accidentally gave them to Max when I sold him a bunch of the interior parts off my '98, but he said he'd ship them out no problem (hopefully they didn't get lost in the move). The actual steering wheel is long gone.
