there's a few spots for 4x4's in MN check out http://www.offroadlands.com/
they have pretty much every place you can wheel in MN. on the site it says appleton is just ATV/OHM but theyve added 300 acres with 4x4 access, thinking about checking it out this weekend. hope that helps

The best place in MN is the OHV park in Gilbert MN:

It was just named one of BFG's Outstanding Trails for 2008:

And in the next year the park is set to triple in size with the addition of the Virginia Site Expansion that will add about 2400 acres to the existing park.

so does that mean theyll have the trails open in a year or just the site to make the trails, i agree big time that gilbert is the best place to wheel in MN.

They are expecting the park to be open by the fall of 2009 with trails on the ground.
