I was in the Navy and remember being deployed durring the Holidays. I didn't mind much, nobody wanted to kill me. I know we loose our best everyday in Iraq. The recent death of a member brought it closer to home, even though we hear of local Army casualties from Ft. Carson every so often. I appologize for my complacency. I get used to the way things are and take things for granted. It is because of your service I have the luxury of doing that. Thank you for your sacrifices. Thank you for protecting my way of life. Have a Happy Christmas knowing that millions wish you well. Above all though, come home safe.
