Memorial Day 2007 in Alaska

Went out to Ft. Wainwright, Alaska on Monday and went wheelin'. On the way out we found a stuck Dodge that had been there for two days, from what I understood he got new 32'ish Cooper SST's and wanted to go mudding. He got that and then some, if you notice that there is one wnich vehicle and 3 anchors including an H1. He was stuck pretty good to be dragging that amount of weight in there with him. Then we got out to the trails and played around a bit, only damage was the Dodge's front bumper and a snapped tow strap. I got stuck twice, for some reason I was the last rig and was following an H1 on 42'' Irok's and an old Ford on 37's...

Btw, the orange/bronze/copper whateverish TJ is built pretty well so when he got stuck we all kind of worried. He's got 4.88's, Ox locked front and rear, on 33's with and AtlasII.

Actually, it looks like a stock-sized Hummer to me.

Hummer has a 2" body lift to fit the 42's without rubbing. Yeah he is in the military, but he is on the side that his pay grade can afford to play with that toy. I love wheeling with he because he isn't afraid to try stuff in his rig, he actually drives it like it was meant to be. I've seen him break a half-shaft and scratch the hell out of it while wheeling, this one aint no preppy ride. Ohh and for those of you who know my rig, yes it did get a paint job. Not complete yet though.
