Membership registrations/renewals coupled with registrations

I'm going to use this thread to list all folks who have purchased new / renewal memberships with their event registration. I will put people on this thread *after* I have PMed their information to Membership so that he can get them red.

I updated all the memberships. I gave everyone an extra month since they renewed during Moab registration.

I'll PM membership to update the roster.
