Hey guys,

I won't be able to make it tomorrow due to issues with work. I won't be back from Fort Polk, LA until mid December and hopefully I'll be able to hook up for something then.

I'm not going to make it, I'm still in some pain from my hernia surgery three weeks ago. I was really hoping to make the trip too. I guess I'll stay home and clean my sock drawer. John

Wow, what a wet day!!! It figures, the past few weekends were absolutely gorgeous, so I guess we were due for a good rain. I just filled the washer with all of my wet clothes, and it will probably take a week to dry the Jeep out!!

It was great meeting all of the new faces from around the area, and all of the new members. We had approx. 28 Jeeps come out, that is amazing for such a crappy day.

Thanks to everyone for coming out, I hope you had a good time. The pics look great. You can actually tell how hard it was raining in a few of them.

Andy

PS..Thanks also to Johngus for bringing a tie rod over to get Lee out of the woods. And remember, if your running factory steering, ALWAYS CARRY A SPARE TIE ROD!!!

Despite the "light rain" we had, it was good to see alot of people come out to go wheelin' Nice to see some new faces, and hope to see you again at the next meet & greet. anybody get wet? !!!!

-Todd

It was a miserable day. I still had a good time even though I bent a zj tie rod and laid on the ground in the rain to fix it, would've been dryer taking a shower!
Thanks to Andy for putting this together and all those in my group who stood in the rain with me while I took care of my "tacoed tie rod."
When we goin' again!
