Well, Brent had some small issues coming home, some vibrations and some weird noises, but it still made it home OK. Turns out we managed to score some unknown carnage at the crawl. The rear upper axle truss is bent all to hell and back, the driver side lower engine isolator (mount) is gone, the trans mount is gone, the T-case skid was bent up into the T-case, and the A/C Compressor ripped another hole in the intake tube.
The rear truss appears to have just been too weak for all the power. The bolts were all tight, but it's bowed big time! I am going to call Rock Krawler in the morning when they open and see if the will design a better one and send it to me. Its pretty clear where the weak links are and it could easily be redesigned to prevent it from failing again.
The motor mount is kinda unfortunate... I think it failed due to the nut pulling through the isolator. The remedy is to get a 1/4" longer carriage bolt for the engine plate and then add a thick washer between the rubber and the nut to help spread out the load. I think that both the trans mount and the hole in the intake tube are due to the mount failure.
The t-case skid is simply my fault. I apparently didn't make it strong enough. In my defense, we did SLAM down on it a few times, but still, the skid should have been able to take it. I plan on working on that tomorrow too, and I will hopefully be able to beef it up enough to do better next time.
Other than these small issues, I think everything worked very well. There are some pretty bad noises coming from the transfer case, but I think it may just be due to the fact that the combination of the broken trans mount and bent skid were allowing the t-case to rub on the crossmember and the skid itself. I am going to get it all put back together and fix all of these small things before I decide that the t-case needs going through. But... if it does, it'll be a good time to upgrade to a big chain and sprocket set, as well as a 6 gear planetary.
Oh, and here are a couple more pictures:
