I changed my mind on having a rear tire carrier, that's why I would be interested in trading it.

Couple of questions first where exactly are you? Do you have the D rings mounted? You say basically brand new what does that mean? How does this bumper mount? Does it tie into the rear frame rails or just stock location? Lastly what is that on the right side of the bumper?
