Got the jeep rolling again. Looking to do a day trip into lost lake if its still passable...

Saturday the 19th is looking like a good day as far as my work schedule goes. Anyone else interested ?

Tentative yes.
Might be a good trip for the family.
I hear its beautiful up there this time of year.

I advise purchasing a couple TAD's before venturing up there this time of year!

I'm IN! Miss ya, Rod!

does the front and rear have to be locked? or can a rear lock/limited slip be fine? if not I'll bow out

nw-zj-scott: i like the sig lol looks familiar :roflmao:

Rod.

If we are going to do this, hopefully there will be fresh snow.

We need to get an early start so we don't end up behind some rigs that are in the way.
And I'm not a big fan of Following rusts all day...

In my opinion we should make this a 2part run

Lolo gets pretty deep there has been a few times it was so deep I didn't make it to the lake...

Team one minimum
33s or bigger
Locked front and rear

Team two
Stock to whatever

That way if it gets deep (like it always is up there) team one can push on and team two can brake off (hang out, play in the snow, head back) do whatever

LoLo pass is tow rig friendly
Park the trucks and trailers right across the road from LoLo pass rd (next to subway, my tail meal)

It's 28 road miles to lost lake

EVERYONE fill your tank!!
I had a full tank and came back on E

I drive like an ass and did some towing, but never the less this trip can easily burn up a whole tank of fuel
