Looking for PCM without immobilizer

Hello, I am in Europe, my 1997 4.0 automatic Xj is equipped with an immobilizer with RKE box, I would like to find a new PCM not equipped with an immobilizer but I am afraid of coming across a PCM equipped with a SKIM.
Can anyone tell me which PCM I should buy?

I found one on e-bay but the seller doesn't know if it was on an XJ equipped with a SKIM key:

skim, did not start on US xj's until 99 56041277 is for a 97 auto there is a good write up on removing the immobolizer on fb xj https://www.facebook.com/groups/139...p-ive-somehow-managed-to-po/2618947511627856/
