looking for a turn key jeep near SW Pa

My neighbor loves my jeep so much, he wants one. looking for a turn key, not worried about lift or anything. would be great if it had a hitch for towing. we're checking CL and what not, but id rather buy one from a member. trying to stay under 4500 bucks. he would rather have a 2 door with manual windows and locks. dont want a rust bucket either. needs to be good solid jeep. let me know what you have.
