Looking for a helpful hand

Is there anyone who lives in the vicinity of spokane who would be willing to give me a hand with a 3" lift?

I have never lifted anything before and if someone is feeling altruistic, I would be very appreciative of some guidance. I could probably lend some beers to the cause while we are at it.
