This makes perfect sense to me:
* Don't report it to the authorities with the internet addys and photos of the Perps.
* Do mess with them via email.
* Do post their pictures on the Internet.
* Do write a Blog and post links to every forum you can think of to clog up as many servers as possible. Bringing down GOOGLE will sure get them to return the phone

When my cell was lifted a couple of years ago, I'm sure glad it wasn't high tech! It cost me 3 seconds on the land line to kill the phone (they record the internal ID number when I bought it), kill the number, and another $.01 to get another Cell and Number.

Well he did call the cops but seemed to wait some time before he did so. Maybe he was hoping they would turn honest about it. A lost cause that was. At first I was wonderig why they just didn't get the phone shut down but then I got to thinking...maybe their hoping leaving it on will help the cops.
