Local Rig Directory

Sorry for the small pick. Went wheeling today but the rain kinda made it a bit muddy. Still a fun day :)

Is that really a 7" lift? Doesn't look all that tall. Besides, why would you wan't to run a 7" lift on a rig with 33's? Seems way too tall, IMHO. Looks like you've got a decent starting point for a soft-core wheeler, have fun! I want an MJ sooner than later for that same sort of project.

Plans to bob the bed or anything like that?

I think its about that. It was already lifted when I bought it, so i don't really know. If anyone has stock hub-to-flare measurements for an MJ, I'd like to know what it is so I can compare it to mine.

There are no plans to do that just yet, but there are plans to do sliders all the way down the sides so I don't screw up the bed so much. The longer wheelbase should help me on climbs and stuff like that, but the tank traps and stuff like that is gonna hurt.

havent seen you in a wile. whats been goin on. my little 28" tires are soon to be gone. in its place will indeed be 33s. all very soon, like within the next couple days. ill post pics ofcourse.

sweet. Ive just been working alot. Trying to save enough money to get my damn rig finished. for the front 44 I just need to find a couple of flat top knuckles to use and also spindles. I also need to find a trac bar mount that i can weld to the 44, and some caliper brackets. That should be good for that other than the gears. I can get rotors and calipers from my work. And for the 9" i just need all the brake hardware and gears.

This is 7.5" on an MJ

By the way this is my Jeep so I might as well introduce it.

Thats a nice looking MJ. I'm gonna have to get myself one of those one of these days. Are those 35's on there?
