i bought a pair of brackets off him without braces, im 90% sure he had 2 sets. and even if he doesnt, i have a claim held on the paypal so it doesnt come off until i receive them, so he doesnt get my money until the brackets are here, in your case i agree with everyone else, hes basically screwed in that case.
 
If you do end up having to go the mail fraud route / prosecution for threats route, you may be interested to know that a person believed to be him is quoted under the name 'Gerard Cartaino' (looks like I was close but not quite right on earlier), claiming to be from Selkirk, N.Y. on the following 'Testimonials' page: http://www.applehill4x4.com/testimonials.html .

Incidentally, that was a website that LittleAnthony88 was borderline spamming here a while back and was pretty much told to shut up about. Check the guy's post history for verification if needed.

Thank you. It's amazing what you can find on the Internet in public records. Note that I take NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for the accuracy of that link, nor am I condoning harassment. What I'm trying to do here is essentially build a file used to identify him personally should it be necessary to prosecute him for committing fraud, however ALL information is at this point UNVERIFIED and should be treated as such. Everything posted thus far has been obtained from public sources, and I can make my methods known to verify this.

Right now I'm just wishing I'd kept the PM where he threatened to personally fly out here, enter my home, and beat me to death because I told him to quit being a moron on the forums. If a prosecution does end up going through for the threats, it would've been nice to be able to add it to the pile.

Anyway, hopefully this helps HeavyMetal and Cupcake get some restitution. pwn3d.

Some interesting coincidences came to light in researching all of this.

- Gerard goes by the handle of 'Big-G' and ostensibly lives in Albany, New York.

- In one of his diatribes to HeavyMetal, he says that "Comments like that will f*** you in the a** and me pushing it in, GOT IT JACK***!!!" Presumably, this means he enjoys sodomy.

- A scant 10 miles from his home address is Big G's nightclub.

Now, given the above facts, does anyone care to hazard a guess as to the sort of place that Big G's nightclub is? (HERE'S A BIG FAT WORK-SAFE HINT)

Gerard, is there something else you're not telling us? Is wifey just a cover?
