J jallen NAXJA Forum User Location dallas Aug 30, 2003 #1 i feel like a rookie asking this question -- what would be the best tire choice with 6.5" of lift but no fender trimming ??? 33x10.5, 33x12.5, 35x12.5, something else ??? sorry for asking, but thanks for the help.

Y yellowxj NAXJA Forum User Location Ocala, FL. Aug 30, 2003 #4 RCP Phx, your sounds hyper flexy, mine wasent that flexy. I did do some trimming though, mostly in the rear of the front fenders. I had 3" springs and 4" spacers with the black diamond lcas that came with the 3" kit. Back when I was young.

CheapXJ NAXJA Forum User Location 570, 813 or 303 Aug 30, 2003 #5 This is my blunt opinion. if you don't need to trim, you don't need anything bigger than 30s
A azxjman NAXJA Forum User Location Arizona Aug 30, 2003 #6 If you run 6.5 inches of lift you can run 32x11.50 without rubbing with the right amount of backspacing.

R Rockhound NAXJA Forum User Location Pensacola, FL Aug 30, 2003 #8 i'm at 6.5 with 33x12.50s and no rubbing, no flares either though. Rockhound
