Finally got around to it today. Here are some pics of what i did. Only difference in the pics is that I ended up cutting the threads off the 5/16" bolts so they slide in easier.

Disconnect electrical behind kick panel. 3 groups of plugs. Pass side is much harder because the plugs are plugged into the interior fuse box.

With a chisel and a hammer i removed the plastic sheathing/cover on the pins. This part is easy.

Used Chris's Dremel which conveniently plugged into my Power inverter.

Cut in the middle of the pin, then used a chisel to get the pressed pin out. Not as hard as it seems. The pressed pins seemed to come out with just a few taps of a hammer and a chisel. Also used a pry bar on a few of them.

One of the 5/16" bolts i bought before i cut the thread off. Fit very snug but still slide right out.
