this is the only pic that I have, its a poser shot but what ya gonna do. its a 89 with d60's 39's and the rusty's 8". I am looking to go lower and keep the tires. so if you have imput on the smallest lift I can have and keep the tires let me know. and i picked this thing up for real cheap so it needs a little work but not much.

I am sure he "could" but I would rather not risk it. He has plenty of time to contact them and get things worked out and get the proper forms filled out. Unless he is too lazy to do it.
