Ford 8.8 4.11 gears with open carrier+spider gears

I'll be tossing them into the garbage pretty soon otherwise.

Is this a full axle or just the gears? Good working condition?

ford 8.8: just gears. Installer said the 8.8 gears looked fine. Anyway, I can't store things coated in smelly poisonous gear oil inside my garage so they won't last long.
The dana 35 (w/3.55) is nearly complete but I don't put any value on it, except the shafts and c-clips could make good spares for some.
