LCA torque specs? 85 or 130?

I searched and i came up with these 2 numbers for torque specs. Which is right for the LCA bolts 85 or 130?

85 at the axle end and 130 at the frame end. (??)

I know that on my 96, the frame end is like 130. But I have a 97+ FSM that says both ends are 85.

What year?

My 95 FSM says 85 ft-lbs at both ends of LCA.

Funny variations. The Haynes 84-96 manual says 133 for both ends on the LCA and55 for the axle end and 66 on the frame end of the UCA. Thats haynes though not the FSM.
