Yes it will be, but I can have is set up to help in the pits if need be, or I can have the Jeep set up. (Air tools, storage etc) not a big deal. Both will be there. Can you send me your number again? I have a new device.

So I just got my XJ a couple months ago and am in the process of getting a 3" lift and some decent tires on her. This is my first 4x4 since my 73 Bronco way back in college. Never been to KOH but plan to come out for one day. What is the best day to attend for a newbie? It would be great to hook up with some members. Thanks, Tom

Backdoor shootout is Monday. Here is the schedule:

To OP:
A few buddies and I will be on the lakebed around mid-day Wednesday 2/3. We will have a JK, a TJ, 4Runner and my XJ out there. Our plan is to wheel and camp out there and leave Saturday or Sunday. Feel free to tag along if you would like. We may camp out in the middle nowhere away from hammer town though. Not sure if that's up your alley, but we are getting pretty tired of guys waking up at 5am to rev the piss out of their 2stroke dirt bikes.

I plan on attending maybe as early as Tuesday night. I do not know if your interested in my help but back about 10 years ago I pitted for the Baja 500 & 1000 to La Paz for a Thropy truck and I also co owned a Bronco then Nissan in La Rana when it was still around! If you need help let me know!

It is apparent that you don't follow the Baja 1000 she entered in with motive gear in a baja light and ram it into a ditch while driving people say she wasn't driving but there's videos of her getting out the driver side well its like that. But to their credit her and pistol Pete's wife co driver/driver) as well as a chase crew put it back together and finish 2nd or 3rd in class.
