Or: take a chisel and deform the metal casing innward, lik a bottlecap, then spray some lube amd poumd it out with a bfh and a block of wood. Clean the bore, and antisieze the new bushing. Pound it in withe the block of wood

I sort of collect used specialty tools, old guns, old scuba/spearfishing gear, etc.
