Thanks... she's a wreck trying to sleep tonight. She's the type who almost faints at the sight of a needle.

I'll update some time tomorrow night on how she did. Thanks all..

Cindy's surgery went well. The tumor was removed and she had a full hysterectomy.

She did have an episode while under anethesia where her heart rate rose signifigantly, but it's somewhat common from what i hear. They kept her in ICU overnight to monitor her and a Cardiologist will see her this morning.

She will then be transferred to a bed outside ICU for a few more days of recovery and pain management.. which they have her heavily medicated for. She's doing alot of sleeping.. that stuff knocks her out.

Thanks all... means alot.

She had a rough afternoon.. she tried to back off on the pain meds so she could be coherent when the kids visited this evening. They left around 6:30 and the nurse got her pain back under control.. she was feeling better soon and i told her i'd watch and make sure she was comfortable and sleeping well before i left for the night.

She thinks she can talk (or..nag) the Dr into releasing her tomorrow, i dont see it happening till Friday at best. But she is good at it so.. we'll see.
