Cool...you taking a boat up? I've caught a bunch of fish there, but it seems like most of the spots are only accessible by boat.

I second (or third or whatever) the idea of a fishing trip. I went for flounder a few weeks ago and it was $55 a person for 8 hours.

Yeah my family is taking up our boat (bayliner...not for fishing but it works), and the other family going with them is taking their boat (aluminum bass boat). If I didnt have to cut grass and watch the dog, I would have gone but I have the house all to myself! I will do what any teenager would do...work on my Jeep all weekend :laugh::laugh: Okay maybe most teenagers would throw a party but I say screw that. Why party when there is a Jeep asking for Tender Love and Care in my driveway.

On another note, I have ALOT of scratches on my Jeep already :bawl: I even lost down to the primer when I took my doors off :bawl:

I'm pissed. FDriggin headliner glue is drying out and drooping already... I shoulda got roll on rubber cement. Thats the next option.

But what really pisses me off is that the spray glue is like 12 bucks a can and I bought 3... hell it was like 40$ with tax )(*&^)(@#&%)*&#$^_(*#!^_(#!&**)&!#)*$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got the Temp sensor in for the Overhead Console... plug was already in the harness all I had to to was stick in the sensor and - boom done

I have one in my basement. Sensor, harness and all..
Might be for sale...
I will never put it in, I am too Darn tall. I hit my head on Jon's all the time.
all it needs is some spray glue and upholstery.. (a good way to re-upholster it is to wrap it in camo duct tape which was my plan until i realized that I don't know if I am going to do it...


Hammered... Yeah, I feel for you there, I had to battle with that on a couple cars before I got it right.
and getting it right is a lot of work. The most effective way I found was to take a belt, or orbital sander to the back board and remove all prior glue and residue from the failed headliner.
Then apply the glue
Let the glue dry for a little while and then apply the fabric.
then some glues' you can apply over the fabric that wil make it a little stif but will help adhere it better.
I have only done it about 6 times so I am not an expert, but thats what I found.

I did, I scrubbed it down to the fiberglass with a big bristle brush...maybe I shoulda wiped it off better... I donno. But for sure Next time I am doing rubber cement in the lil paint can.
