i'd say the thing you doing wrong is you keep blowing your nose without a tissue while your welding?

now thats more rock n roll, w/max penetration. you should send it to stacey david from gears and see if you get a double thumbs up from his hardcore mullet style.

(honestly I am not much better of a welder, but usually at the limitations of the equipment, give me a decent welder and I can do it so it wont come apart, just might have to do some extra grinding) I had a big fail at nac fest when the welder I was using was too weak & I wasn't getting propper penetration & got alot of splatter like those other welds, this was the result.

Both shock mounts ripped off when the suspension unloaded then, hit the ground and bent

so now it looks like so & is not coming apart

I would like to take this time to say....I FINALLY GOT TIRES! And trimmed a fender haha. I am trimming the other fender today with Dylan in my long break for work.
