Here are the pictures I could find.
if you notice it is really trying to bend and warp. I did spend a lot of time trying to weld out of sequence, and let it cool before continuing to weld. but it didn't help, it still warped.
Sorry I don't have more pictures. It was a long time ago, and I had to barrow a digital camera (or regular camera) at the time to get pictures so some of these are scanned in.

yeah this one has a special coating on it that will send the buny into hiding for 48 hours if he even gets close enough to smell it. that's why it was so expensive. and i got the belt clip/stand for it so i can actually put it somewhere. i love my touchpod too. I looked into jailbreaking it but i couldn't at the time because of my OS on both the ipod and my mac. haven't looked into it since as os 3 solved most of the complaints i had that were my reason for wanting to jailbreak.
