now you got me worried. i hope it is steel and he doesn't know how to tell the difference. he's dropping it off today at my dads. i guess i'll see. gosh i wish i had something to do right now. i need something to pass the next 3.5 hours...

Mine is aluminum.
but I could see how they would make it out of steel if they needed to make it lift a heavier person.

or it could be one of the grips which are steel on mine.
So i guess as long as its not the deck or arms on the thing it might be steel.
or it could be a completely different design than mine.

yeah he told me once he had a tree stand break and he fell. not sure how he lived?

i'm waiting for a response on the rusty's shocks/bpe's. anyone have any comments on rusty's shocks? i have never really looked into them. figure for ~$50 might be worth it,

Jon, You think I could barrow those lca's some time? I know we were talking about it, and I wasn't sure, but I don't see my y-link for a while. so if it is the CA's I am going to get a used pair some where.

I know a guy who had a Loggy Bayou stand break when he was younger and he SUED them and got some good money. Not too much cause they said he couldnt prove it, but he still got some money cause he broke his back I believe

I am not sure how you can sew a company unless its a company like Colman that has tents that need to be sewed all the time.

But then if you sew for a company with a broken back and can't sew right then you end up having tents that collapse on people while they are sleeping and suffocate them! If that starts happening you had better believe that people are going to be Suing the crap out of people.

I know if I had a tent collapse on me and suffocate someone I love. I would have sued them for everything they are worth. Bad back or not!
