Jesse didn't build that...a bunch of guys on monster garage slapped that together in 7 days 10-12 hours a day and thats what they came up with. I dunno if that was an episode when they still had a budget or not though. Jesse may have done ehaders and the roll cage b/c the only things he usually does in those projects is weld stuff, his name is there for recognition and bumping up the sale price.

I've always felt sick when vehicles like that Bronco, some of Boyd Coddingtons 'finds', and others that are cherry, low-milage, jewels get hacked up. Lame.

They had a budget of 3000 out of their pockets...however..since rockcrawling companies love to sponsor so much shit, they got over 20K in freebies...it was the most lame monster garage to that date....now they all blow.

The only thing that really keeps me watching is that they sometimes bring the vehicles to "local" bars and I get to check them out and shoot the shizzle w/ their crew. So its interesting to see the show and then the "finished" product. I agree though, it was way better before it became big budget, when they actually fabbed up stuff instead of getting "freebies" of an unreasonable nature, that cost 10x what the vehicle did.
